What We Offer

Clear Contract
We have a simple, clear estate sale contract with a simple, clear fee structure. You are not charged a fee for the estate sale and there are no hidden fees that pop up on the final statement.

Visibility
You get a record of every item that is sold at your estate sale if you want it with a statement of sales at the end of the sale.

Easy Payment
You choose how you want to get paid (e.g. check, Venmo, Zelle). Our job is to make this as easy as possible for you. We also accept credit cards and Venmo with our estate sale customers so that the sale is easy for them as well.

Friendly & Available
Our staff goes above and beyond to help you before, during and after the sale. Music, snacks, flowers and candles are what we use to keep the mood light and the shopping fun.
